We plan our work and document that plan in our Project Execution Plan (PEP). We develop a PEP for each and every project to identify all aspects of the project and develop a specific, detailed plan to complete.

COMMUNICATION
Proactive communication is critical to our success and practiced throughout all levels of our organization. We conduct meetings at various phases of the project to analyze and dispose issues and mitigate potential problems. We report all activities accurately and timely to allow for all stakeholders to communicate and respond to all predicaments.
Attention to Detail
We pay attention to all details of our activities. Working in an active facility environment requires that all details are uncovered and attended to in order to keep our projects on schedule and to keep all people involved in our project safe. Attention to detail is critical to our success and our ability to complete our scope of work in a timely and professional manner.
Execution/Quality Control
We staff all projects with proper personnel and subcontractors to perform our work as planned. All are pre-qualified and provide detailed plans and schedules to execute our plans accordingly. We implement quality control programs specific to each project to ensure all aspects of the project meet our high standards.
Closeout
We focus to close out our scopes of work and administrative requirements in an organized and timely fashion. We take our obligations to finish all punch list items and close out documents seriously.
